Norm has more than 30 years of wide, varied, and responsible marine experience in both sail and power boats from 16 to 110 feet. Knowledge of all facets of hull components, wiring, through-hull, fiberglass lay-up, hull-to-deck joints, and other areas of boat construction. Constantly upgrading and attending seminars to improve survey abilities.

Norm LeBlanc Inspection of many boat building facilities including Bristol, Alden, Pearson, Sea Ray, Egg Harbor, Mako, Grady White, Hinckley, Hunter, O'Day, Morgan, Islander, Pacemaker, Aquasport, Bertram, Boston Whaler, Shamrock, and Derektor. USCG Master license; owned and operated private and USCG certified passenger vessels, both power and sail to 100 tons; numerous yacht deliveries on the US east coast and inland waterways. Past member of USCG Auxiliary, Yacht Architects & Brokers Association. Current memberships include the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors, Inc.Ū (Charter Member), American Boat & Yacht Council, Palmers Cove Yacht Club, ABBR.
